Scooter Rack

Our standard rack holds 20 scooters and comes with welded on tabs so your children can secure them with their own locks. They can be supplied galvanised only or powder coated in your chosen colour. Price includes fixing down bolts.

Middlesbrough Council

Middlesbrough Council approached Armer Quality because they did not have any secure cycle storage for the staff members. Armer arranged a meeting and conducted a free site survey to discuss their exact requirement. It was decided a front extended, end lockable shelter was the best way forward. The front and sides were clad in weld mesh for added security and the roof and back clad in tough PETG for protection against the elements.

Trolley Bays

Our bays can be supplied covered or open and come in a range of materials. They can be supplied in the galvanised state in mild steel if required. We can also manufacture to your exact specifications and they are suitable for super markets, airports and shopping centres etc.

Sheffield Stands

Sheffield stands can be supplied in mild or stainless steels and can be powder coated in your chosen colour if required. They also be supplied with base plates for surface fixing or extended legs for root fixing. The mild steel version is always galvanised and is manufactured from 50mm diametre tubular section with a 3mm wall thickness.

Toast Rack

Toast racks are usually made with 5 hoops giving room for 10 bikes. They can be supplied in the raw galvanised state or powder coated in your chosen colour. The base runner can be supplied as 25mm box section or as flat bar to suit your requirements. They can also be supplied in various shapes.

Accessories

Various accessories are available. These include the display cases shown in varying sizes. We also supply bus stop poles, flags and all the relevant fixing brackets. All these products are manufactured on our own premises in Oldham. We currently supply one of the biggest Transport companies in the UK with their bus stop accessories. Any quote or tender is more than welcome.

Bus Shelter

Our bus stops can be manufactured to your exact requirement and available in aluminium, stainless or mild steels. We offer various finishes with either glass, PET or in some cases metal mesh glazing. As we are a manufacturer, we can make virtually any metal design you require.

Staircase And Handrail

We can manufacture almost any type of staircase and handrail system of your design. The one shown is a fully mild steel stair section and highly polished stainless steel handrail. The client also wanted their logo laser cut into the panels. Our own team of fitters installed the project due to tight time constraints.

Hoop Barrier

All our hoop barriers can be manufactured from various metal diametres up to 63mm. A variety of material specifications are available for your individual requirements. Can also be supplied in the raw galvanised state or powder coated in your chosen colour.

Tube Bench

Our Tubular Bench can be manufactured from 63mm diametre tube for the frame and 12mm diametre for the seating and back rest. Aluminium, Stainless and mild steels are available for this product. The back rests can be produced straight or curved to suit your location.

Stainless Steel Bollards

Our stainless steel bollards can be supplied in various diametres and heights to suit your requirements. They can also have differing tops i.e sloping, domed and flat. Various finished can also be applied in our highly skilled polishing department.

Mild Steel Bollards

Our mild steel bollards can be supplied in various diametres and heights to suit your individual requirements. They can also be supplied in the raw galvanised state or powder coated in your chosen colour.

Walkways

Our walkways can be manufactured to your exact specification or designed by our in house team. They can be supplied with roof sections and sides enclosed or just the roof sections. Aluminium, stainless and mild steels are available to suit your exact requirements. Architects can also specify Armer as their chosen supplier.

Compound

The shelters can be constructed from aluminium, mild or stainless steel with welded end frames providing a highly durable and secure cycle storage facility. Compounds can have roof sections as well as gates fitted for extra security. The shelters roof, back and sides are clad in tough 5mm thick clear UV protected PETG (Acrylic type material) giving you protection from the elements and all round visibility for security. All our shelters are fully modular and can be extended at any time if your cycle use increases. Our prices include the cycle stands and can be powder coated in your chosen colour if that is required.
